Linda Isjomina
Reformer Pilates | North Norfolk
Helping you discover what your body can achieve through mindful movement, progressive strength, and personalised Reformer Pilates.
Linda Isjomina has always had a strong passion for sport, fitness, and movement. Her journey into the fitness industry began in 2018/19 when she qualified as a Personal Trainer, driven by a desire to help others become stronger, fitter, and more confident in what their bodies can achieve.
Her journey took an unexpected turn during the COVID-19 pandemic, when becoming a parent changed her perspective on health, fitness, and wellbeing. Returning to exercise with a new set of priorities encouraged Linda to explore movement in greater depth and develop a more holistic understanding of how physical activity, body awareness, mindset, and everyday life come together to influence how we feel and perform.
A particular passion for TRX and bodyweight training has shaped Linda's approach to exercise. Through her own training and professional development, she discovered the value of using resistance, control, and mindful movement to develop strength and physical confidence without relying solely on traditional gym-based training. She particularly enjoys helping people discover what their bodies are capable of and seeing the confidence that comes from becoming stronger and fitter.
Linda is now taking the next step in her professional journey by training as a Reformer Pilates instructor. She is passionate about continuing to develop her knowledge of movement and exercise and is excited to bring this developing expertise to Apollo Health Collective. Her approach is centred around creating an encouraging and supportive environment where people can learn, progress, and enjoy movement regardless of their starting point.
At Apollo Health Collective, Linda is committed to helping clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through purposeful movement. She believes fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and adaptable to real life, and is particularly passionate about helping people find forms of exercise that work alongside their individual lifestyles and goals.

What To Expect
Understand Your Goals
1
Every journey begins with getting to know you. Bev will discuss your health history, previous injuries, current symptoms, activity levels, and personal goals to understand what you want to achieve. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, improving your strength, or simply wanting to move more confidently, your programme begins with a clear understanding of your individual needs.
Assess Your Movement
2
Before beginning your Reformer Pilates programme, Bev will assess your posture, movement patterns, mobility, balance, strength, and body control. This allows her to identify areas of weakness, restriction, or imbalance and ensures every exercise is tailored to your current ability and stage of recovery.
Personalised Reformer Pilates
3
Using the findings from your assessment, Bev will guide you through a personalised Reformer Pilates programme designed specifically for you. Sessions focus on improving strength, flexibility, stability, coordination, and movement quality while progressing at a pace that feels safe, achievable, and effective. Every exercise is adapted to help you build confidence and move more efficiently.
Build Strength for Life
4
Our goal is to help you achieve lasting improvements, not just short-term results. As your strength, movement, and confidence improve, your programme will continue to evolve to support your long-term health, resilience, and wellbeing. Bev will provide ongoing guidance, education, and progression so you can continue enjoying the benefits of movement both inside and outside the studio.
