Her sessions focus on building efficient movement patterns, improving resilience, and helping clients develop the confidence to stay active at every stage of life.
With extensive experience delivering rehabilitation-focused Pilates, Bev works with clients recovering from orthopaedic surgery, managing persistent musculoskeletal conditions, or living with neurological conditions. Alongside her rehabilitation expertise, Bev has worked extensively with sports professionals, helping athletes improve movement quality, enhance core strength, reduce injury risk, and optimise performance. She understands that every client has different goals and tailors each session to meet their individual needs, whether they are returning from injury, preparing for surgery, improving sporting performance, or simply looking to move better in everyday life.
At Apollo Health Collective, Bev combines decades of experience with a compassionate, encouraging approach to help clients improve their movement, build lasting physical resilience, and enjoy the lifelong benefits of exercise.

What To Expect
Understand Your Goals
1
Every journey begins with getting to know you. Bev will discuss your health history, previous injuries, current symptoms, activity levels, and personal goals to understand what you want to achieve. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, improving your strength, or simply wanting to move more confidently, your programme begins with a clear understanding of your individual needs.
Assess Your Movement
2
Before beginning your Reformer Pilates programme, Bev will assess your posture, movement patterns, mobility, balance, strength, and body control. This allows her to identify areas of weakness, restriction, or imbalance and ensures every exercise is tailored to your current ability and stage of recovery.
Personalised Reformer Pilates
3
Using the findings from your assessment, Bev will guide you through a personalised Reformer Pilates programme designed specifically for you. Sessions focus on improving strength, flexibility, stability, coordination, and movement quality while progressing at a pace that feels safe, achievable, and effective. Every exercise is adapted to help you build confidence and move more efficiently.
Build Strength for Life
4
Our goal is to help you achieve lasting improvements, not just short-term results. As your strength, movement, and confidence improve, your programme will continue to evolve to support your long-term health, resilience, and wellbeing. Bev will provide ongoing guidance, education, and progression so you can continue enjoying the benefits of movement both inside and outside the studio.
