Osteopathy at Apollo Health Collective is centred on understanding how structure influences function. We assess joint mechanics, soft tissue integrity, neuromuscular control and movement patterns to identify the root drivers of pain and dysfunction — not just the symptoms.
Treatment may include hands-on manual therapy, joint mobilisation, soft tissue techniques and exercise prescription. Our approach integrates clinical biomechanics, load management principles and lifestyle factors to restore efficient movement and build long-term resilience.
Our focus: Reduce pain, restore movement quality, and improve tissue capacity so you can return to what you do best.
Initial Consultation - £65/£55 (Senior/Junior Osteopath)
Standard Follow up - £60/£50 (Senior/Junior Osteopath)

Our paediatric osteopathy service provides gentle, age-appropriate assessment and treatment for babies, children and adolescents. We assess growth-related changes, posture, coordination and movement patterns to identify factors that may contribute to discomfort, asymmetry or reduced physical confidence.
Treatment techniques are adapted to suit developing tissues and may include gentle manual therapy, movement guidance and parent-led home strategies. We commonly support concerns such as feeding or unsettled behaviour in infants, postural asymmetries, growing pains, sports-related injuries and spinal discomfort in teenagers.
Our focus: Support healthy development, optimise movement from an early age, and build resilience through every stage of growth.

Injury rehabilitation at Apollo Health Collective is structured, progressive and objective-driven. We identify the mechanism of injury, contributing biomechanical factors and tissue load tolerance before designing a staged rehabilitation plan.
Using strength and conditioning principles, motor control retraining and progressive overload, we bridge the gap between pain and performance.
Our focus: Restore strength, rebuild confidence, and return you safely to sport or activity with reduced risk of recurrence.
Available online or in-person.

Post-operative rehabilitation requires precision, patience and progression. We work closely with surgical protocols while tailoring rehabilitation to your individual goals and physiology.
From early-stage mobility and swelling management to advanced strength and return-to-sport conditioning, our process is milestone-based and outcome-driven.
Our focus: Protect healing tissues, restore functional capacity, and accelerate your return to full activity safely.

Our custom orthotics are designed using advanced dynamic pressure mapping with Footscan technology and manufactured using the 3D-printed insole system from Phits.
Unlike traditional casting methods, Footscan captures real-time plantar pressure distribution during walking and running. This allows us to analyse load transfer, peak pressures, timing of force application, and asymmetries with clinical precision. From this data, we design orthotics that are fully customised to your foot structure, gait pattern, activity demands and footwear.
Phits orthotics are 3D printed, lightweight, durable and engineered to provide targeted mechanical correction where it is needed — not generic arch support. They are particularly effective for managing overload-related foot, ankle, knee and lower back conditions, as well as optimising performance in runners and active individuals.
Every orthotic prescription includes a complimentary fitting appointment, where we assess comfort, footwear compatibility and movement response to ensure optimal integration into your daily life or sport.
Our focus: Precision-designed support that improves load distribution, reduces tissue stress, and enhances long-term movement efficiency.

We use industry-leading technology from VALD to objectively measure strength, power, asymmetry and movement quality.
These assessments provide quantifiable data on force production, limb imbalances and neuromuscular performance. This allows us to identify hidden deficits, track rehabilitation progress and make data-informed training decisions.
Our focus: Replace guesswork with measurable insight to guide treatment and performance programming.Item description

Using VALD systems alongside Footscan pressure plate technology, we analyse gait mechanics, load distribution and foot function in detail.
We assess walking patterns, dynamic pressure mapping and structural alignment to identify inefficiencies or overload patterns. Where appropriate, we design fully customised orthotics based on objective data and clinical reasoning.
Our focus: Optimise load distribution from the ground up to reduce pain, improve efficiency and enhance performance.

Our running assessments utilise the VALD and Footscan software as well as combine video analysis, biomechanical screening and strength profiling to evaluate technique, cadence, impact forces and trunk control.
We identify inefficiencies that may contribute to pain, reduced economy or performance plateaus. You leave with clear, actionable feedback and a structured plan to improve running efficiency and resilience.
Our focus: Improve running economy, reduce injury risk, and help you move with greater efficiency and confidence.

Our massage therapy service is designed to support recovery, reduce muscular tension and optimise performance. Whether you are managing chronic tightness, training load, or post-event recovery, treatment is tailored to your needs.
We utilise sports massage, deep tissue techniques and targeted soft tissue work to improve circulation, tissue extensibility and neuromuscular relaxation.
Our focus: Enhance recovery, reduce muscle stiffness, and support ongoing training and performance.

Our Reformer Pilates sessions are clinically informed and movement-focused. We emphasise spinal control, hip stability, breathing mechanics and integrated core function.
Sessions are tailored for rehabilitation, performance enhancement or general conditioning. The goal is not just flexibility or strength in isolation — but coordinated, controlled movement across the whole body.
Our focus: Build strength through control, improve movement precision, and enhance long-term musculoskeletal health.

Our Process
Assess
We begin with a comprehensive evaluation of your movement, pain, lifestyle, and performance demands. This may include clinical examination, biomechanical analysis, and objective testing to understand how your body functions as a whole.
Understand
Findings are synthesised across disciplines to identify root causes rather than isolated symptoms. We connect structure, movement, load, and behaviour to build a clear, shared understanding of what is driving your presentation.
Intervene
Your care is delivered through an integrated combination of hands-on treatment, movement training, rehabilitation, pilates, biomechanics, massage, and education—selected and progressed based on your individual needs and goals.
Optimise
We refine, progress, and future-proof your health and performance through ongoing reassessment, exercise progression, education, and long-term movement strategies—supporting resilience, autonomy, and sustained outcomes.
