Chloe

Clinical Exercise Specialist | North Norfolk

Helping you rebuild strength, confidence and capability through structured, supervised Clinical Exercise.

Chloe is a Clinical Exercise Specialist at Apollo Health Collective and the founder of Tri-Swimming. A Sports Scientist, PE teacher, Swim Teacher and Open Water Swim Coach, Personal Trainer, experienced Yoga Instructor and Strength and Conditioning Coach, she brings more than 25 years of experience across amateur to professional sports performance, swim teaching and coaching, fitness, health and wellbeing.

Water has been part of Chloe's life for as long as she can remember. She has swum all her life and competed from an early age, and open water swimming remains one of her greatest passions. She is also a keen runner, hockey and tennis player and surfer, among a variety of other sports, which gives her a first-hand understanding of the demands different activities place on the body.

This breadth of experience shapes her approach to exercise. Drawing on her background in sports science, strength and conditioning and yoga, Chloe builds structured, progressive programmes that develop strength, mobility, control and confidence, whether clients are returning from injury, managing a long-term condition or working towards a personal or sporting goal.

Chloe's mission is to motivate, inspire and drive her clients to achieve their goals while minimising the risk of injury and preventing overtraining. That means getting the balance right between challenge and recovery, so that progress is steady and sustainable.

At Apollo Health Collective, Chloe works alongside Chris Greenslade to deliver our Clinical Exercise programmes, combining supervised, progressive exercise with clear guidance to help clients build lasting strength, resilience and confidence in how they move.

What To Expect

Understand Your Goals

1

Every Clinical Exercise programme begins with getting to know you. Chloe will discuss your health history, previous injuries or surgery, current symptoms, activity levels and what you want to achieve, so your programme is built around your needs from day one.

Assess Your Movement

2

Before you start, your strength, mobility, balance and movement are assessed so that exercises can be pitched at the right level for you. This gives a clear starting point and a way to measure your progress.

A Structured Programme

3

You will be guided through a structured, progressive programme of supervised exercise. Sessions focus on rebuilding strength, mobility, balance and confidence, and exercises are adjusted as you improve.

Build Strength for Life

4

The aim is lasting capability, not just short-term results. As you progress, your programme evolves so you can keep building strength and stay active for the long term, with clear advice on what to do between sessions.
