Poppy Williams
Sports Therapist | North Norfolk
Helping you recover from injury, move with confidence, and build lasting resilience through personalised sports rehabilitation and movement-focused care.
Poppy Williams is a Registered Sports Therapist and Physiotherapy MSc student with a strong background in sports injury rehabilitation, movement assessment, and performance-focused care. She has gained valuable experience working within rugby environments in both the UK and New Zealand, including three seasons supporting players at Norwich Rugby Club.
Her sporting background as a gymnast and badminton player has given her a deep appreciation for movement quality, coordination, and physical resilience. This perspective shapes her clinical approach, helping her identify movement limitations and develop rehabilitation strategies that support both recovery and long-term performance.
Alongside her sports therapy work, Poppy is also a Pilates instructor. She integrates principles of movement control, strength, mobility, and body awareness into her rehabilitation approach, helping clients build confidence in their movement and return to activity safely and effectively.
Poppy works with a wide range of clients, from athletes and active individuals recovering from injury to people looking to improve mobility, reduce pain, and move more efficiently. She is passionate about helping clients not only recover from injury but also develop the strength, control, and resilience needed to stay active and enjoy movement for the long term.
At Apollo Health Collective, Poppy combines hands-on treatment, rehabilitation exercise, and movement-based education to provide personalised care tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and activity demands.

What To Expect
Listen and Understand
1
Your appointment begins with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, work, hobbies and personal goals. We want to understand not only what hurts, but how your symptoms are affecting your everyday life and what you want to achieve through treatment.
Assess and Identify
2
We carry out a thorough clinical assessment using a combination of physical examination, movement analysis and, where appropriate, advanced biomechanical technologies. Rather than focusing solely on the area of pain, we assess how your body moves as a whole to identify the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms.
Personalised Treatment & Rehabilitation
3
Based on our findings, we'll explain your diagnosis in clear, straightforward language and develop an individual treatment plan tailored to your needs. Depending on your condition, this may include hands-on treatment, rehabilitation exercises, movement retraining, clinical exercise, soft tissue therapy or advice to support your recovery.
Recover, Build Resilience & Stay Active
4
Our aim is not simply to reduce pain but to help you move with confidence and reduce the risk of future problems. We'll support you throughout your recovery, adapting your treatment and rehabilitation as you progress while providing the knowledge and tools to help you maintain your results long after your appointments have finished.
